Bimarian developed highly scalable platform (SAAS based) for KPI management for one of our clients. This product is being used by governments, big banks and other telecom giants to keep track of Key performance indicators, managing balance scorecards and other KPI’s to track the performance of whole organization.
One of the government organizations used this tool to track the budgets allotted to various departments and associated KPI's such as the money spent vs. quantified benefits, usage of money by various department and quarterly targets set and achieved by various departments.
IPAD based Coaching Application:
Developed a highly interactive platform for Executive Coaches to coach the clients through Web/IPAD based technologies. Coach can keep track of clients activities including tracking the goals and providing coaching sessions to achieve the goals.
360 degree feedback tools:
For one of our clients, Potentia (Organization Development & HR consulting company, Bimarian developed a multi rater survey/feedback tool. The tool is a 360 degree feedback mechanism through which an individual assesses himself and invites his/her managers, peers and sub-ordinates to provide their ratings. An individual will be able to invite the people that he choose as well as customers that he/she serves. The tool provides a report by consolidating responses of all the users by providing itemized report and recommends areas of improvement.
CRM and Collections Portal - Milestone based Payment tracking and alerts:
This portal platform helps real estate developers to keep track of the payments made by customers and the payments to be received when different milestones are completed during construction stages of huge multi-storey apartment complexes with many towers. The CRM piece helps in reaching out to customers on special occasions and also in pulling customer’s data during interaction with the support executives. The platform helps in reducing the revenue recovery cycle and improves the cash flows of the organization. Also we have built work-flows to assign day to day tasks for the customer support executives and approvals for deviations/discounts.
